Linen and textured card boxes give your packaging a feel customers notice the moment they pick it up. At Custom X Packaging, we make custom boxes from premium linen and textured card stocks, including Neenah papers, printed and finished to match your brand.
Linen card has a fine crosshatch pattern pressed into the paper, like woven fabric. Textured card covers other tactile surfaces, such as felt, laid and embossed patterns. Both are specialty papers. They can be the printed surface of a folding box, or be wrapped over rigid board to make a luxury rigid box.
It suits products where the first touch matters: perfume and fragrance, jewelry, cosmetics and skincare, candles, wedding and invitation boxes, luxury gift boxes, and apparel accessories.
Large areas of solid ink can hide some of the texture, so many brands choose a colored linen stock and add a foil or embossed logo.
Our minimum order is 50 boxes. Larger orders get wholesale pricing.
Yes. Linen and textured card take full-color printing, though the texture shows best with lighter ink coverage, foil stamping or embossing.
Yes. We wrap rigid board in linen or textured paper for magnetic closure, two-piece and drawer boxes.
