1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or misprinted items caused by our error.
• Custom-printed products are non-returnable unless we made a manufacturing or printing error.
• Returns for change of mind or incorrect orders by the customer are not accepted.

2. Return Time Frame

• Return requests must be made within 4 working days of delivery.
• Notify us immediately if your shipment is damaged or incorrect.

3. How to Request a Return

• Include order number, photos of the product, and a brief description.
• We’ll guide you through the return process.

4. Return Shipping

• If we are at fault, we will cover return shipping costs.
• Otherwise, customers bear the cost of return shipping.
• Items must be returned in original packaging and condition.

5. Refunds and Replacements

• We’ll inspect returned products and inform you of refund approval.
• Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless it was our error.
• We offer a replacement or refund for defective products (your choice).
• No refunds for damaged items caused by customer handling.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if production hasn't started.
• Once production begins, cancellations are no longer allowed.
• Please check your order details carefully before confirming.

7. International Returns

• This policy applies to all regions including USA, UAE, Africa, Europe.
• Customers are responsible for taxes or duties on returned items.
